Technical & delivery
Engineering, design, EPC, commissioning, warranties, technical diligence and specialized implementation capability.
Development partners
Quiet Stance works with qualified developers, engineers, EPCs, operators, technical advisers, risk partners and capital providers when a permissioned opportunity needs capabilities we should not pretend to own ourselves.
Engineering, design, EPC, commissioning, warranties, technical diligence and specialized implementation capability.
O&M, asset operations, service delivery, customer/off-take capability, local execution and long-term performance management.
Development capital, project equity, debt, guarantees, insurance and other structures appropriate to the opportunity.
What Quiet Stance brings
We focus on opportunities with a legitimate owner or authority, a real economic use and a credible path to action. The goal is to reduce the amount of speculative work partners must do before deciding whether an opportunity deserves deeper diligence.
We do not represent a partner's licenses, balance sheet, financing, technical history or commitments until that partner has actually agreed to participate.
Economic alignment
Where appropriate, structures may include development agreements, fees, JVs, SPVs, carried participation, operating economics or portfolio rights. The exact structure is project-specific and subject to owner, procurement, legal and partner requirements.
Quiet Stance does not promise equity or economics before the underlying right and partner structure exist.
